How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of xmsstore.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Received the PC and it works perfectly. It comes pre-loaded with Windows 10 Pro and I managed to download all the updates without any issues. The PC box is high quality and compact. No over heating issues with normal use. Hope it continue to work without any problems. I had an issue with the store. He shipped the item late. Also gave wrong tracking number and let me believe that he shipped the product. I was checking Aramex website and there were no tracking information. Late the seller admitted that he didn’t ship the item yet and then he shipped it and sent me the correct tracking number. I was disappointed with his actions.

Semble bien fonctionner. 9 secondes pour le démarrage, 6 pour l’éteindre. Pas mal et très pratique, reste à tester le refroidissement, mais pour l’utilisation normale, bureautique, internet pas de problèmes de ce côté.

No he podido usar el MiniPc por que no me arranca, he pedido que me ayudarán a ponerlo en marcha por que no reconoce el disco duro. Me han ignorado todos los mensajes que les he enviado. No han respetado el periodo de garantía y ni si quieran se dignan a constetar. NO COMPREIS A ESTE PROVEEDOR.

А растаможку пришлось оплатить… Все-таки 200 баксов безпошлинных маловато будет… Доставка после оплаты таможне (через Почту России) быстрая. Комп в работе пока не проверял. Но продавца рекомендую! Купил у него уже второй комп.

Аппаратом доволен, все заявленные параметры присутствуют. Windows 10 pro, не уверен будет ли обновляться, посмотрим. Купил 11.11, получил 3.12. Небольшой шум – вентилятор. Слегка нагревается. Продавец обещал указать цену ниже 200 евро, но, то ли не указал, то ли этот номер уже не проходит. Получил извещение в приложение почты России и оплатил таможенный налог – 1900 с чем-то.

A falta de probarlo, tiene muy buena pinta, exteriormente se ve bien construido y materiales de calidad. La única pega es la lentitud del vendedor en preparar y enviar el producto…tardo varios días más de lo normal. El trayecto del envío igualmente tardo bastante, estuvo parado en Aduanas al menos dos semanas, pero lo bueno es q no he tenido que pagar tasas aduaneras.

PC muito bom! Bonito, pequeno, pratico, e principalmente muito rapido. Também é silencioso, wifi e bluetooth funcionam bem. Faz uns 2 meses que chegou e estou muito satisfeito. A questão agora é só ver se vai durar. Outro ponto também interessante é que foi tributado em 55 dolares, como o PC foi declarado com 39 dolares mais frete 15 dolares somaram 54 dolares foi tributado. O ideal seria enviar com um valor pelo menos 5 dolares abaixo para não ser tributado.

Всё соответствует и работает. Но при доставке будьте готовы, что заказ может задержаться на таможне, в моём случае почти на месяц.

доставка 2 недели, таможня на почте сняла ещё 3900 руб, проводов, кроме зарядки нет, диск 500гб разбит на 4 диска по 120гб ( виртуально или нет, не вскрывал). винда сразу на русском, установлена и активирована. все норм!

The SSD came loose during shipping and was flopping around inside. I opened the unit and put it back in place. Other than that the PC is working perfectly. Windows 10 is installed and working. I reconfigured the SSD drive as it was configured as 4 drive numbers, but no big deal. The unit is very small, even smaller than I expected. Its quiet too. I can definately recommend the store. Extremely fast shipping. Some of the fastest I’ve seen. And good communication from start to finish!

The PC works okay. The cpu fan is of a small diameter which means it will produce a loud high pitched noise when spinning fast. This only happens when CPU is heavily loaded. Windows does some background tasks every now and then and you will hear the fan pretty loud.

Прям самолёт. Win10 pro installed. Пару заметок: 1) Графика для игр конечно слабая, но с монитором 4К DP в приложениях – отлично. 2) Выход аудио один, если есть ещё subwoofer+center нужно дополнительно купить USB 5.1 audio card. Пришел без налогов. Очень доволен.

Заказ получил довольно быстро (24 дня в пути). Коробка была с хорошей вмятиной. Видимо, почта России кидала… Но внутри была вторая коробка, которая оказалась целой, внутри мини-ПК в мягком материале. Вроде все в порядке, внутри ничего не хлябает. Брал для офиса, пока особо не проверить, т.к. нахожусь на карантине… Что смог, посмотрел. Начинка соответствует описанию, стоит Win 10. Остальное установим сами. Замечательно, что много USB, не надо доп. адаптера, сеть wi-fi нашел сразу. Работает тихо, по сравнению с обычным стационарным очень тихо. Спасибо! Пока очень рад! Продавец был все время на связи, очень отзывчивый. Можно рекомендовать.

По самому ПК особых проблем нет, но логистика ужасная. В Китае заказ провалялся почти 2 месяца, в РФ на каждой сортировке находилось по несколько дней и шло практически месяц. Т.е. можно сказать , что ПК морально устарел пока добирался до меня. Продавец отвечал на все вопросы.
